2901503 Help is at hand Z-card

The z-card is a wallet-sized version of the Help is at Hand resource, a resource for people bereaved through suicide or other unexplained death, and for those helping them. The z-card is a short summary of the information contained in the full Help is at Hand booklet (ref: 2901502). Help is at Hand provides people affected by suicide with both emotional and practical support. It is designed to be given out by bereavement support organisations and by those who are likely to be first on the scene after a suspected suicide, including police and ambulance staff.
