The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.

Navigation

• Some parts of the navigation such as Order Publications and View Campaigns, could not be reached via keyboard. (2.1.1 Keyboard)
• Several buttons across the web application could not be accessed using a keyboard alone (2.1.1 Keyboard)
• A feature to skip over the navigation and filters to go directly to the main content was not provided (2.4.1 Bypass Blocks)
• It is not possible to dismiss content on the navigation bar that appears on-hover with keyboard only (1.4.13 Content on Hover or Focus)
• The focus order for a keyboard users was not displayed in an order which makes sense (2.4.3 Focus Order)

Forms

• Checkboxes are not implemented using correct HTML (1.3.1 Info & Relationships)
• Labels were not programmatically associated with its relevant form field (1.3.1 Info & Relationships)
• The disabled next button on the Registration page is not discoverable by screen reader users (1.3.1 Info & Relationship)
• The autocomplete attribute has been turned off, so users will have to explicitly input their data (1.3.5 Identify Input Purpose)

Images

• The logo’s accessible name did not match the visible label (2.5.3 Label in Name)
• A number of icons were missing alternative text and images that served a decorative purpose was not skipped over by screen readers (1.1.1 Non-Text Content)

Zoom

• Content on the Homepage overlapped when the page is zoomed in from 110% and scrolling occurred in both directions (1.4.10 Reflow)

Colours

• The colour contrast of text and the visible focus indicator was insufficient in a number of areas (1.4.3 Contrast, 1.4.11 Non-Text Contrast)

Structure

• The heading structure is illogical (1.3.1 Info & Relationships)
• The main and search ARIA landmarks were missing (1.3.1 Info & Relationships)
• Collapsible elements had not been marked up as an accordion (4.1.2 Name, Role, Value)
• The current step in the Progress bar is only communicated visually (4.1.2 Name, Role, Value)
• HTML was not nested according to the specification (4.1.1 Parsing)

Videos

• Video-only content do not have a transcript provided (1.2.1 Audio-only & Video-only)

Time

• Users aren’t given sufficient time to extend their session (2.2.1 Timing Adjustable)

What we’re doing to improve accessibility

We are currently working to achieve enhanced accessibility on this website and aim to meet “Level AA” conformance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 during the next wave of development where possible.
