C23HPVM1 HPV for GBMSM record card

The human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine is available through GUM & HIV clinics to MSM who are up to and including 45 years of age. The vaccine will help to prevent HPV infection which can cause genital warts and HPV-associated cancers. It is especially important for those who are living with HIV, and those who have multiple sexual partners. This record card should be given to patients when they have their vaccination to remind them when their next appointment should be. They come in packs of 30 record cards.

This record card comes in packs of 30. They should be given to all eligible MSM, gay and bisexual men who attend GUM clinics for vaccination. There is also a patient leaflet that should be given to eligible patients attending the GUM Sexual Health service or clinic.
